In 2017 the Festival was held on the shore of Volga river in Nizhny Novgorod City (Russia).

The festival programme included: themed exhibitions demonstrating the best achievements in the field of the architectural urban coastal development space, a scientific conference "The problems of renovation of the Volga river's coastal areas", discussions, lectures, and presentations, as well as guided tours of the new urban development in Nizhny Novgorod city. 

The culmination of the festival was the presentation of the competition rusults for the best architectural and urban planning solution for the development of the coastal territory.
